(Por lo cual, hay solo ya vemos, que estas Elecciones son, ELECCIONES del ESTADO ESPAÑOL, y LOGICAMENTE, para que PODAMOS seguir Gobernando los Municipios y Juntas bajo el AUTORITARIO PODER IMPOSITOR e IMPOSTOR, del ESTADO ESPAÑOL)
NUEVA NORMATIVA ELECTORAL:La nueva Ley Electoral ha decidido suprimir el derecho al voto en las elecciones municipales de los españoles inscriptos en el Censo Electoral de Residentes Ausentes (CERA), medida que entrará en vigor en la cita que se celebrará el último domingo del mes de mayo de 2011 y que no afecta al concurso en las urnas en el resto de comicios.
Esto implica que en las elecciones del 22 de mayo en hegoalde sólo pueden votar los censados en Navarra a Parlamento de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra.
Nuevo procedimiento para emitir el voto DESDE EL EXTRANJERO:
De ahora en adelante, los inscritos en el CERA tendrán que solicitar personalmente y en un modelo oficial la documentación electoral, que antes se les enviaba de oficio. Podrán enviar su voto por correo pero al consulado correspondiente, y no directamente a la Junta Electoral Provincial, tal y como era antes, y como muy tarde hasta el quinto día anterior a la jornada electoral.
La otra posibilidad será el depósito del voto en urna en la oficina diplomática de la demarcación consular de cada votante, entre el cuarto y el segundo día anterior a la elección, ambos inclusive.

NEW ELECTORAL LAW:
The new Electoral Law has decided to abolish the right to vote in municipal elections of Spanish enrolled in the Electoral Absent Residents (CERA), a measure which will come into force at the meeting to be held the last Sunday of May 2011 and does not affect the competition at the polls in other elections.
This implies that in the elections of May 22 Hegoalde vote only counted in the Parliament of Navarre Navarre.
New procedure for casting a ballot FROM ABROAD :
From now on, those enrolled in the CERA must apply in person and using the official electoral documents, previously sent to them automatically. May submit their vote by mail but the consulate, and not directly to the Provincial Electoral Board, as it was before, and at the latest until the fifth day before polling day.
The other possibility is the deposit of the voting urn diplomatic office in the consular area of each voter, between the fourth and second day before the election, both inclusive.
